This was a proposed commercial conversion of a large scale retail unit at Edinburgh airport.

To aid the bidding process the property developer, who I have worked with on other projects, required some visual images which showed how the new ‘padthaiwok’ franchise restaurant would look.

I did some initial rough sketches to get the agreement on the angle of the view and the content.

Once happy I drew the finished images. Timescale was around 3 weeks.

They wanted illustrations showing both entrances in situ, featuring touch screen ordering booths, kitchen, bar and eating areas. Also required was an over view of the complete layout.

Working from photos of the existing area together with architect plans I created semi realistic images which illustrated the intended new conversion.
