I was commissioned by Daniel Jones, owner of Smith Storage, for artist's impressions of his new warehouse storage development with the aim of promoting the project before it was completed.

He supplied me with architect drawings and some photo references. I began by sketching out a rough draft for his approval.

There was a 'Street' view of the warehouse units together with an 'Aeriel' view of the entire site.

Daniel liked the finished 'Realistic' view but also loved the softer 'Artistic' view of the rough draft. So, I finialised both styles for him.
