This was a restaurtant property in the South of England which was to be converted into 5 apartments.

The building developer needed images of the new build to use in marketing images to help to sell the flats, even before any building work had begun!

A privately owned house where the owner wanted to see how their property would look if they added render and cladding.

This was just one image I created of many.

They sent me a photo of their house and I rendered it with the new look.

The refurbishment of a large retail unit at an international airport needed images to submit in the bidding process. This is the 3D plan view.

I also drew semi realistic illustrations of the two main restaurant entrances.

For planning permission the owner of the outbuildings wanted an artist impression drawn to show how wonderful the new build would be to improve the very dilapidated current buildings... and it worked!

When bidding for the major events and winter show grounds an independant theme park ride owner need to show what his rides would be looking like for the new winter season. But, rather than spending £1000's on actually doing the refurb and photographing it for the bid, with a non guarantee for actually winning the bid. He wisely spent £100's on commissioning me to visualise the new graphic and displays on the rides.
