I can easily work from
architect drawings and/or site photos
I was able to see how the building would look. So, drew up some rough sketches to get approval on the angle of the view and basic content.

Photos of the building site in progress allowed me to see the scale of the project.
Plus a rear view of the property

My artist's impression views of the front and the rear of the new build property allowed the developer to be able to market the property even though the building was not yet completed. It still looked like a building site!
However, the images I created portrayed the building as it would soon be.
