Hello, my name is Dave Bull
...an artist who can draw impressions of what has not been built or seen yet!
From architect drawings, photos of the site or simply a rough brief, I can create hand drawn artistic sketches, slick line and tone drawings, right through to a computer rendered photo-realistic images.
Each artist impression that I do is unique and designed to show the best views possible. All will depend on your project requirements... and of course your budget.
Artist's impressions of every type of property or event - interior and exterior
Whether you need the images to gain planning permission or you want to market the property before it is build, then an artist impression is the perfect solution.

I can work from architect drawings and plans, photos of the existing building, google earth views, or just a rough sketch and image references.

An artist impression aeriel view or viewed from above, it is often refered to as 'a bird's eye view artist impression'. This can then show the complete site as if viewed from a great height.

Before and after views of proposed property

Drawings of landscaping to hide an eyesore
Often a new development will initially be an eyesore. So an artist impression of how landscaping will masque the view is a valuable asset when it comes to seeking planning permission.
